Challenge of the Day

Hello Wilkesboro families!
It's been a long spring, and we have really missed seeing our students and their families. Friday, in hopes of saying goodbye and sending you off to the summer in good spirits, our staff will be on campus to greet students in a safe, socially-distanced drive thru parade. We invite you to drive thru our regular car line to wave to our staff, see your teacher, and pick up your report card, class awards, and yearbooks. We also have a special treat for all students! Remember to click the title of this article to view the link to today’s #We Keep Going.

It is our goal to ensure the health and safety of our students, families, and staff. Our staff will be wearing masks and maintaining safe social distance per CDC guidelines while greeting you from the front parking lot. We ask that all students and their families remain in their vehicles at all times and be respectful of social distance. If you or someone in your family has been exposed to Covid, please do not come through the carline. We will be happy to make arrangements with you to receive your items at a later time. The parade will run from 10 - 1. Our building will be open until 5 if you need to come later.

For our fifth grade students, a link to a recorded 5th grade promotion ceremony is shared on our daily #We Keep Going page. This video honors and recognizes each fifth grader in the Class of 2027. We invite fifth grade students to enter the parade first at 9:45, making time for special stops along the way.
