WES Title 1 After-School Tutoring

We are dedicated to helping every child maximize their success on our upcoming End-of-Grade (EOG) tests! Our school is fortunate to offer a no-cost, after-school tutoring program for selected students in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.

Program Highlights:

  • Certified Teachers: Instruction and review are provided by certified WES teachers in small group settings.
  • Curriculum Focus: Sessions target key skills and practice needed for reading and math EOG assessments.
  • Schedule: Tutoring takes place from 3:15 PM – 4:15 PM. Students remain in their classrooms after dismissal and are provided a small snack and a brain break before sessions begin.
  • Transportation: Parents/guardians must promptly pick up their child at 4:15 PM on the front sidewalk. School transportation is not available.

📅 Note: Exact calendar dates and sign-up details for the 2026–2027 school year will be available later in the school year. Information will be sent home with students.
