The students, staff, and parents of Wilkesboro Elementary School are very proud of our school. We are a part of the Wilkes County School System. Our school contains one self-contained exceptional children's class, two pre-kindergarten classes, and three to four classes at each grade level, kindergarten through fifth. Approximately 430 students attend Wilkesboro School. Wilkesboro Elementary School has a rich tradition of high student achievement. Students, staff, and parents are proud of the students. Students at Wilkesboro Elementary work hard and are an exceptional group of young individuals.

In addition to having great students and a wonderful staff, we are fortunate to have an active PTO and volunteer program. The PTO is very supportive in all aspects of the school. This winning combination of great students, a dedicated staff, and outstanding parents makes Wilkesboro Elementary School a great place to work and learn!
